Your bus service was very bad, the carburetor of the bus was damaged. It was leaking water which heated up the engine. The bus driver and conductor literally threw buckets of water for at least 1 hour, and still it didn't work. They somehow managed to make it move, but it was travelling at around speed of 50. Then after half an hour, it again broke down. We waited for another bus for half an hour where we had to stand the entire journey, that too at night. Neither safer nor comfortable.

The bus was one and a half hour late. The conductor's phone was busy all the time and the driver's phone was switched off.

He did not come to the final destination drop Jammu. We will take another private bus from Jammu to Katara.

They changed our bus mid journey and it took so long to reach my destination. Expected time was around 10:30 pm and I reached 12:09 am.

Unable to board the bus due to Kusam Mehta illness... any chance of refund
