Very bad experience with this operator and travels. My Sonari to Guwahati bus on 25th September 2026 was cancelled at the last moment. This was not the first time, the operator had done the same thing before as well. Every time the reason shown was unforeseen circumstances. Due to this last-minute cancellation, I had to face a lot of problems. My entire journey plan was spoiled, and I had to urgently search for other buses at a higher price. Cancelling just a few hours before departure was very unprofessional. They should take strict action against such operators who cancelled regularly. Only giving a refund was not a solution for the harassment and mental stress passengers faced. I would think twice before booking with this operator again.
