The driver asked me to come 6 km away from the confirmed pickup point, causing me extra travel, time, and cost. The bus departed to/reached the dropping point 4 hours late, causing serious inconvenience and disruption to my plans.

Bus was 1.15 hrs late to pickup. Driver was very rash and they shifted me to another bus outside Coimbatore which was smelly. Bus reached 3 hrs late. No proper sleep.

The bus was really late, and they did not even drop me at my destination. They made me get off halfway and put me on another bus.

The bus didn't stop at Indiranagar, our actual stop, and dropped us 9 km away. They told us another bus would drop us at Majestic, and we would have to reach Indiranagar by ourselves.
