No water bottle was provided. They also said they would not stop anywhere else during the journey, as a restroom is available inside the bus. However, the restroom is only meant for basic use and is not convenient for proper use. It would be better if they provided a water bottle and allowed a proper restroom stop during the journey.

Very rude and not stopped on the actual destination asked us to get down on some other stopping while asking driver and co driver talked in an abusive words. Service provider needs to be address this issue.

After booking the seat while travelling the bus, they asked to change. It's not a travel comfort seat for travelling.

Very poor service. There is no helper, so passengers have to load their own luggage. The bus was poorly maintained and not clean. The bed, pillow, and blanket were unwashed and had a bad smell. Very disappointing experience. One thing best is on time journey.

We were stuck in traffic and unable to reach on time. They did not wait for 10 minutes for us. We caught the bus at the third boarding point, but they dropped me with a 1 hour 10 minute delay to Chennai. Worst staff behaviour.

The timing was absolutely perfect. Came an hour early. The bed could have been neater. Found lots of hairs on it.
