I had booked my ticket online from Amritsar to Jammu, with the scheduled departure time being 11:55 PM. However, the driver initially informed me that the bus was delayed and would reach around 1:00 AM. After some time, he again confirmed that the bus would reach by around 2:15 AM. Due to this major delay, my entire travel plan was spoiled and my flight arrangements were completely affected. Later, the driver told me that he would call me after reaching Amritsar on the same number, but I did not receive any call or any further information. There was also no official communication from Travels regarding the delay or the actual status of the bus. On top of this, the fare has also not been refunded. This is highly disappointing and unfair, and I request Travels to look into this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution and refund.
