Dropped 10 km away from dropping point saying that they won't go to that drop point. Also didn't stop at my pickup point; had to run 1 km to catch the bus.

Staff behaviour is rude. Bus should be deep cleaned. On my trolley, a parcel of around 50 kg was kept, due to which my fruits were smashed.

Wasted my half day in the journey. i need 70 percent back of my ticket.as you people are responsible in hiking the ticket price. you be responsible for paying back for not providing the services that we should get.

1) The bus arrived at the destination 5 hours late and was 1 hour late at the pickup point. 2) The bus stopped four times during the journey due to technical issues. The drivers cited sensor problems. This bus is not safe for travel. 3) The bus did not drop me at my designated destination, Gachibowli. 4) The drivers were unprofessional. 5) RedBus is misleading passengers by listing this bus under the Primo category. I booked this bus specifically because it was advertised as a Primo service, expecting better quality, safety, and punctuality. However, my experience was completely unacceptable. This is unfair to passengers who choose Primo services based on the trust they place in the platform.

I started from Bengaluru and my dropping time shows 6:40 am but I am still far away, about 2.25 hours, from Hyderabad. I think it is a traffic issue but it should have been on time. Regarding comfort, it is good.

Bus is not bad but they stop anytime, anywhere for so long. They carry so many goods and vegetables and then wait to unload them anywhere. You will reach the destination with 2-3 hours of delay.

Operator didn't provide the blanket. When I checked with him, he said we don't have more and will not provide. Do whatever you want. Go and complain to anyone; we don't care.
