Yesterday I travelled first time with this travels from Jamnagar to Ahmedabad. Unfortunately, before starting the trip, the driver was unaware about the diesel levels in the bus and due to that the bus stopped twice or thrice on the way just after starting and then they went to the diesel pump for diesel fueling. Hence we reached the destination approximately 90 minutes late. Also, the driver and cleaner were new and unaware about the stops in Ahmedabad.

The bus broke down, and passengers were transferred to another bus. However, I was not informed about the delay, nor was I notified that the bus had been changed or which bus I was supposed to board. This lack of communication caused considerable inconvenience.

1 hr late bus and malfunction in battery led to waiting on road for another 1 hr. Also, bus condition was not good.

Very disappointing journey today. There was a strong gas-like smell inside the bus, and many passengers noticed it. The driver was driving recklessly near the pickup point, making passengers feel uncomfortable. The AC was not working properly, and outside odours were entering the bus. Despite repeated complaints, the driver and conductor showed little concern. To make matters worse, the bus broke down midway and passengers had to be transferred to another bus. Overall, a very poor travel experience.

Horrible exp. My mom was alone and the staff forced her to take out the bag in Ahmedabad and without permission they forced her to sit in another bus. She is aged, she didn't know in which bus she was. Bus quality is also bad.
