An arrogant driver behaved terribly to me. As a woman with a six-year-old child and elderly mother standing in the rain, my mother was not able to walk fast. So I asked to wait for two minutes. But he used abusive language against me. My child saw the whole thing and also started crying. One of the worst drivers I have met in my career. I have been a customer for the last five years, but today's journey is the last.
