Blanket was not maintained properly. The border threads are loose and disturb while sleeping.

I travel ever week in various bus from Virudhunar to Chennai and from Chennai to Viruthunagar. The only bus that keeps punctuality, invariably earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent coach. Keep it up.

The bus and travel was good but the staff was very poor. A north Indian staff was forcing me to pay him tips. I told him that I did not have cash, but he was forcing me again and again. He forcibly gave his number and asked me to pay tips, so I was forced to pay XXXX as tips. The amount did not matter, but the way he asked was so unprofessional and rude. I was a frequent traveller. I used a bus every two weeks. None of the bus staff behaved like this. I requested the management to take necessary action on this to avoid the staff spoiling the operator’s reputation. Other than that, the bus was good, but the light switch was broken in seat 23.
