The experience is really good, it feels safe, the staff is good but the rest stop wasn't hygienic and we reached almost 2 hours late which was hectic.

Broken inside bus that needs to be repaired and uncomfortable sleep due to noise generated by the broken parts due to vibration.

The staff was horrible. He woke me up before my destination and started folding curtains and bed sheets. He asked me to sit in a different seat. Not at all acceptable behaviour.

They dropped us off at Hospet instead of Hampi. We had to take an auto so early in the morning to our final destination. That was such irresponsible behaviour despite us asking if it was the Hampi stop multiple times. I cannot afford to have this kind of service on Monday where I have booked a return trip with the same providers. Look into this and take strict action.

The seat is very dusty, and the bus, because of dust, felt suffocating. Rest stop was disgusting to say the least.
