When I reached Chhapra district, my train was scheduled for Varanasi. I had already gathered the information, but the staff kept turning the bus on the single road, which caused a delay of two hours from the given time.

The bus I booked was an AC bus, but at the time of boarding they said that the AC doesn't work. Had a terrible experience in this scorching heat.

There were extra passengers in the bus. They were sitting on the ground, fighting with each other throughout the journey and also without tickets. Some of them vomited on the seat. The conductor gave that seat to another new passenger without informing them about it. Very unhygienic and disgusting experience. We have received this and are never recommending it to anyone.
