Bus conductor and driver both are taking passengers all the way from Badrinath to Haridwar in 10 min interval. Also, in Rishikesh they are doing personal work and loading extra luggage from Rishikesh, wasting almost 30 min. Our reaching time is around 4:30 pm but at 5:30 we are still in Rishikesh.

The driver and conductor are very good people; however, the rest stops were extremely poor. The restrooms were located in the basement, were malodorous, and in very poor condition. The food was very bad, and all other items were overpriced copies. There are no charging points on the bus; please ensure you bring a power bank and some food with you.
