I had a very bad experience today. The bus operator dropped me approximately 10 km beyond my designated drop location, at a toll Naka near a forest. I had already informed them that I needed to get down at Patoda, but they did not inform me of any change or issue with my drop location. I only realized that the bus had gone past my destination when it was already around 10 km ahead. When I asked them for help, they refused to assist me. I had never visited this area before, and being left stranded at an unfamiliar location like this was extremely distressing and unacceptable. I seriously question how service provider verifies and onboards such unauthorized or irresponsible operators on its platform. As a customer, I trusted service provider to ensure a safe and reliable travel experience, but this incident has completely shattered that trust.

I booked one bus, but they made us board another bus. Then, at Ambajogai, they changed the bus again and made us wait on the road for an hour. Absolutely pathetic service.

People managing the bus were very good, the driver and the one who looked after all stops. Just the bus had a very bad odour.
