Very worst in timing, instead of 1.20 am to Bangalore always reaching more than 2 hours late nowadays. If bus timings changed, then change in application timing also.

Scheduled time is 10:00 pm. Bus reached the next day at 2:00 am. Departure time was 3:00 pm, actual departure made at 12:00 the next day. Superb service. Thanks for wasting our time.

Charging port was  not working.

Bus came too late and dropped the designation place three hours late.

The worst bus I have ever seen. Delayed 2 hrs. No proper AC.

Very poor experience. The bus had a puncture during the night, causing a 3-hour delay to Hyderabad. They did not stop anywhere for passengers to eat. Very disappointing service.

The pillow wasn’t comfortable. The rest stop hygiene was very bad and also the driving was really bad.

Worse experience. I have booked a bus but it got changed without information. While booking, the boarding point was 3:50 pm. When I called for information, they told me the bus would be delayed and would start at 6:50 pm, but the bus came at 8:45 pm. The driver didn’t know the boarding points. We were stopping at our boarding point where five passengers were waiting with luggage, but he didn’t stop and went almost 2 km. When we called, they did not pick up the call initially, but later he answered and we gave the boarding point location. My dropping point is Palani bypass. The dropping time was 8:50 am but I am still travelling in the bus. I came here for Palani Dharshanam but got just wasted because of not maintaining time. The return bus for me is at 4:30 pm. Not even a single star is worth it. Very, very, very bad experience. Wasted my time.

The driver who was driving from Bangalore (who was speaking Tamil) was not good. The way that person speaks got me irritated. Nothing was good. The seat I booked was given to someone else. When we called that person, he did not even pick up the phone and he was blaming me for not picking up. Do not appoint drivers like him.

Worst bus I have ever seen. Better to choose government bus. Three hours delayed, worse than worse. Do not choose this type of service. I had a flight at 4 pm. They mentioned they would drop me by 10 pm. They dropped me by 1 pm. They spoiled my entire plan. I lost my flight.
