Worst travel experience I have ever had 2:30hrs delay of the bus. Drivers not responding properly to the calls when the delay was happening. No proper information and no proper charging points. They told that we would reach by 9 in the morning and they dropped us at approximately 4 in the evening. Worst travellers ever.

Delayed by 3 hours 30 minutes. While three mobile numbers sent by XXXX. I tried so many times those mobile numbers but it was switched off. During that time, I did not get information from the bus. We waited at the flyover for more than 3 hours. At 9 pm, I got a call from the bus. I never booked this bus and never chose the service.
