Such a bad experience. Very bad bus experience. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with no proper cleaning at all. The overall condition of the bus was terrible. Completely disappointing service. I would not recommend this bus to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with your bus service. The bus is running approximately 5 hours late, and we have still not reached Indore. Moreover, the AC is not working, causing significant discomfort to passengers. We booked an AC Sleeper bus expecting a comfortable and timely journey, but the service has been completely unsatisfactory. worst service.. till time bus not reache at indore.

The entire journey was pathetic from the very beginning. I was supposed to be picked up at 23:00, but your bus arrived at 00:30, resulting in a 1.5-hour delay. Furthermore, the AC did not work for the entire journey. While the driver crawled at 40 km/h, your team kept claiming the bus would arrive on time. To make matters worse, the driver reached Dhule at 11:30 AM and wasted two hours trying to fix the AC, which ultimately changed nothing. To top it all off, your customer care service was the cherry on top of this terrible experience. When I called to report the delay, your representative told me to reach my destination first before filing a complaint. A big shoutout to your representative for not knowing how to speak to a customer; your CSR actually shouted at me, claiming that I was not understanding the situation. Please resolve this issue promptly. Otherwise, I will raise awareness on social media to warn others against using your bus services and will formally report this matter to government consumer authorities.
