The bus service was very disappointing. The washroom was dirty, the lights were switched off most of the time, and the charging sockets were not working. The overall service was poor, and the journey was uncomfortable. Bus delay one hour. I would not recommend this bus service.

We traveled with my wife and child, and our experience was outstanding. The bus was super neat and clean. The bedsheets were fresh, the washroom was clean and hygienic, and the AC cooling was excellent throughout the journey. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. During the journey, my wife started feeling uncomfortable, had suffocation, and began vomiting. We are especially grateful to the driver, who showed exceptional kindness and professionalism. He allowed my wife to sit near the driver's cabin where she could get fresh air, which made her feel much better. His caring nature, humble attitude, and concern for passengers truly impressed us. The driving was very safe, and the entire journey was comfortable and memorable. Thank you to the driver and the entire team for such wonderful service. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Starting from first - the bus was scheduled at 10:45 pm which arrived at 11:30, almost 45 minutes late. Second - the ticket mentioned water bottle and snacks would be provided to the customer, none of which was provided. Third - the cleanliness issue: the bed sheet was full of stains and patches of gutka and food. Overall, my experience was pathetic. Thanks.
