lot of other bus came on time with same route of your bus but 5:35pm bus came 9:10pm and staff not answering call not give correct reeason

Trip is ok. But one request. Please fix the small fan for all the seats. It will help travellers more while raining.

My boarding point was Pudukadai @4.15pm but driver or staff did not pick my call from 3 pm to 4 pm and @ 4 pm driver asked me to go to Mukadu, it's around 6 km from Pudukadai. On that day, heavy traffic, worst management. Terrible journey. My car fare was around xxx on that day, it's half of my bus ticket fare.
