Disappointing experience. The bus broke down in the middle of the journey, and I had to change to another bus to complete my trip. There was no proper communication from the operator about the breakdown or the alternate arrangement, and the delay caused a lot of inconvenience. Passengers were left waiting without clear information. I expect better vehicle maintenance and a quicker backup arrangement. I request a partial refund or compensation for the trouble.

The bus is not working properly and there is no accountability if there is any issue. The timing to reach the destination is 7 am but it's 200 km far from the distance and the time is 8.30 right now. So please don't book this bus if you have some important work.

Cleaning, toilet, toilet had no water. I suggest anyone don't book Warsi.
