Our bus was delayed at 2 boarding point for almost 45 minutes because the staff decided to wait for a few late passengers. While I understand the desire to assist everyone, this delay significantly inconvenienced the rest of the passengers who arrived on time. We highly value our time and stick to the schedule. I strongly suggest that its partner operators enforce a strict stipulated cutoff time for boarding. Passengers should be clearly informed that the bus will depart exactly on time to ensure fairness to everyone.

All are good, but the bus didn't take a break halt today, that's why the passenger needed to call the driver for washroom halt.

Dear team, I am writing to express my disappointment and to raise a formal complaint against your staff member regarding his unprofessional behaviour and lack of cooperation. Due to heavy traffic, I was delayed by just 2 to 3 minutes. Despite calling him multiple times and requesting him to wait for only 2 to 3 minutes, he refused to wait for me. Even after I reached the location, I tried calling him again, but he did not respond to my calls. I understand that buses operate on a schedule, but I believe that a little understanding and professional communication are equally important when dealing with passengers. I was only a few minutes late due to unavoidable traffic conditions, and I had made every effort to inform him in advance. His response and behaviour were extremely disappointing. As a regular passenger, I have never expected this kind of treatment from your staff. Such behaviour negatively affects the passenger experience and makes loyal customers feel undervalued. I request the management to look into this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and take appropriate action to ensure that passengers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future. I hope the company values its regular customers and will take the necessary steps to address my complaint. I look forward to your response. Regards.
