The bus was extremely late, and the overall service was disappointing. To make things worse, the driver dropped me off on the highway instead of my actual stop, in a place I wasn’t even familiar with, and drove away. This was highly irresponsible and caused a lot of inconvenience. Very poor service and an unpleasant experience overall. Definitely not recommended.

The live tracking was not accurate. the bus was 2 hours late. I almost missed my flight. I told the driver that I have a flight so I need to reach on time, he still stopped for tea and cigarette twice, the bus reached madgaon at 11, it was supposed to reach at 9. After reaching madgaon, the driver went away for 15-20mins. I had to get off at Madgaon instead of verna which was my original stop. It cost me 1000rs to get to the airport instead 250-300 from verna. I was supposed to reach the airport at 11 instead I reached at 11:45. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

There is no time punctuation and seat allotment they are giving others seat instead of booked seats.
