My worst experience ever in travel is with this bus. Only because of the driver’s neat conversation and few steps he took to get the air, I could travel yesterday. AC did not work, rain water was coming in and the seats were not at all comfortable. Please upgrade the bus to Coimbatore.

Waited 1.5 hr to get into the bus. It was so late. For reaching Vellore to Salem, more than 7 hrs is too much. Restroom where they stopped was worst. Pathetic and hilarious travel I experienced.

All best.

The bus didn't complete the trip. Break down at Krishnagiri. No alternate was provided. We had to arrange our own alternate and booked a taxi to Salem.
