During restroom break, my father went for washroom and the bus moved so he got lost. There were so many men around, me being a female went out to search for him when the driver was just constantly yelling at us. I understand timings matter but it wouldn’t justify this behavior. My father is old, 60 and he panicked very much. Also, if time matters so much, let me clarify the bus was running late. Fifteen minute bus stops everywhere? Where is the punctuality then.

The sound coming from the AC vents or from the top black box is irritating.

Unfortunately, my travel experience was disappointing due to the driver’s inappropriate behaviour and the poor service provided during the journey. As a passenger, I expect professional behaviour, respectful communication, and a safe and comfortable travel experience. However, my experience did not meet these expectations.

I was about to give 5 star as I'll travel most of the times in the bus and every time when I was travelling they used to reduce AC after 2 o'clock but this time they didn't even reduce the AC. Because of this, I was shivering whole night and I didn't sleep whole night. So please consider this and please reduce the AC at least in early morning. Otherwise, I like travelling in the bus.
