from starting to end live tracking not working , charging point not working, windows and door was stuck not properly getting open and close.. in middle rain water was coming inside from window. bad experience

Some passengers playing music and watching reels on their cellphones with very loud noise till late hours. may instruct their travel service to handle this, especially in sleeper buses travelling by night so the rest of the passengers get comfortable sleep.
