One of the worst bus travel experiences. Absolutely pathetic service, irresponsible staff, and zero accountability. My boarding point was Attibele at 10:30 PM, but the bus arrived around midnight, crossed Attibele without stopping, and left us stranded without even informing us. After calling them continuously for nearly 30 minutes, they finally stopped the bus at Hosur and expected us to somehow reach there ourselves. Their excuse. They simply forgot to stop at Attibele. How can a bus operator forget a passenger’s confirmed boarding point and expect customers to suffer because of their negligence. To make matters worse, they barely answer calls and provide an extremely poor response when customers desperately need assistance. This is not just a delay; it is a complete failure of basic responsibility and customer service. Passengers pay for a service and deserve at least the basic courtesy of being picked up at the confirmed boarding point. If they cannot even manage boarding points properly or answer calls when things go wrong, why should anyone trust them with their journey. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Driver, boarding point - all numbers completely non-responsive. No way to track. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Charging ports didn't work. When we got down, the driver started moving ahead before we took out our luggage. Rash.
