Bus broke down. Not reached yet. We are in Balehonnur right now. 1.15 mins distance to be covered. Driver took 1.30 to arrange normal mini bus.

Driving was pathetic, and it was around one and a half hours late, that too so late at night. No water was served. Overall experience was very bad.

The bus was 1 hour late for pickup and 2 hours late for drop off. The live tracking link was also not working.

I was informed that my pickup time was 11:30 pm, but the bus arrived only at 12:55 am. As a result, I had to wait at the bus stand for more than an hour. If the bus is running late, passengers should be informed in advance. I also spoke to the driver, and he stated that the delay had already been communicated. Could you please check and let me know whom this information was shared with and at what time it was communicated? If a passenger is waiting at the pickup point, it is important to keep them updated about any delays and provide the expected arrival time.
