I traveled with your service a few days ago and would like to raise a complaint regarding the amenities provided. Blankets were clearly mentioned in the booking details, but none were provided during the journey. Passengers rely on the information shown while booking, so this was disappointing. Kindly look into this and ensure the listed amenities are actually available.

Need appropriate stoppage for rest stop hygiene. Vehicle reached on time but no proper stoppage was given for rest. One stop was given at Nayara petrol pump in early morning where limited toilets were available and no water was available.
