Bus is broken down. They put us in another vehicle, but there was no seating space in it. Moreover, the driver of that vehicle charged us an extra.

My booking is in non AC bus because of health problems. Without informing passengers, they transferred to AC bus. Another thing, there was no water in the bus for the washroom.
