Late bus 2 hours.

Ok.

The bus was 2hr and 10 min late. Also, the seats are too small for two persons; two normal-sized persons can't fit in them. The bus tyre also got punctured in between, and it is stopping very much without any stop.

All ok but drop point is not same which is showing and selection.

Slipper seat is not good.

The bus was very late and broke down the whole night.

Bus is very late and staff behavior not good.

Extremely disappointing and horrible experience with Bus. The timing of this bus is not proper at all, and the behaviour of the bus staff towards passengers is equally unacceptable. We passengers are the ones paying for their services and, ultimately, contributing to their livelihood, yet they treat us as if we are doing them a favor by travelling with them. Whether a bus is small or big, every passenger deserves basic respect and decent service. After paying such a high fare, if we are still going to be treated this way, then shame on such a bus service. The bus was extremely dirty, with an unbearable bad smell throughout the journey. I have honestly never had such a disgusting experience while travelling by bus. What made the situation even worse was the dropping point. The bus was supposed to drop passengers at one location but stopped somewhere completely different. When we tried to ask the staff about it, they simply refused to listen. After somehow getting a response from the staff, instead of helping us, they started arguing with us and told us to talk to service . A terrible experience from start to finish. Very poor cleanliness, poor timing, extremely rude staff, and absolutely no concern for passengers.
