Absolute nightmare of an experience. I booked the bus, but at the pickup location, a completely different bus showed up. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I got to my seat, it was filthy—covered in dust and littered with empty masala packets from previous passengers. Zero basic hygiene. On top of that, the seats were horribly uncomfortable with virtually no cushion, making the night journey unbearable. Extremely pathetic service and total misrepresentation. Avoid at all costs.

App show bus and live bus very different company and seat number was different.

It is a terrible experience with this bus. The bus was late by 2 hours, and then I boarded it. The seat was not clean, full of dust and dirt, and the driver stopped the bus now and then to fill it. It felt like a local bus.

Bus was good, but they are taking parcels from the courier so the timeline was completely missed. At Surat, I reached 2 hours late than the time shown on booking.
