Bus is too late, it's more than 2 hours at pickup point only. There is no pillow and bedsheet provided, and the bus condition is too worst. I don't recommend this for journey. Worst experience I had ever.

Very bad maintenance. Full delay. Not on time, tracking link and bus details and even contact number are not provided. Waited for 2 hrs at the boarding point. Reached drop point with 5 hrs delay. No neatness inside the bus, no proper maintenance.

KPHB 11:15 time but the bus started at 12:15 because no one had booked the seats. 2. No AC, it was very less. After I multiple times questioned, there was no reply and they charged a very high amount. 3. The bus was very slow, and I missed my another bus because of this. 4. 5:15 dropping time, they dropped me at 6:30.

Bus staff is not maintaining the hygiene of the bus and there is an unpleasant smell in the bus. Charging port is not working. No water bottle is provided even after charging way too much. Worst experience.

1 hour 30 minute delay in pickup. No pillow was provided. No water bottle was provided. I was dropped in the outskirts of Miyapur; my actual drop point was Lakdikapul. The response was too rude.

The operator cancelled my booking at the last minute and did not answer the call. When I tried to reach the boarding contact, an AI assistant answered. This was something like fraud.
