Worst bus and service I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional and misleading service. They accept bookings online and then dump passengers into some other local buses. The bus was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was shown while booking. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful and think twice before booking with this travel service.

Because due to less passengers they shifted passengers to a different bus in between the journey and they offered only chair seats for all sleeper class passengers. On asking them to provide sleeper because we have paid for sleeper, the conductor and staff misbehaved and used foul language and tried to deboard those passengers who were asking for sleeper.

I am not at all satisfied with the service. The bus shown in the pictures was completely different from the actual bus. I feel like I was misled. The bus was very old and there were no proper facilities. The sleeping/lying sheets were also very dirty and there was no proper cleanliness. Overall, the bus condition and service were very poor. I am really disappointed with this experience.
