Worst experience ever. First, the bus started late from the boarding point, and then it got delayed throughout the journey. The estimated time for my destination was 6:20 AM, but it got delayed by 3 hours and reached at 9:30 AM. This operator wasted my 3 hours and there was no rest stop. The bus lobby was fully loaded with cargo, and there was no space to even walk properly. I will recommend everyone please never travel through this operator. If there was an option for a zero-star rating, I would definitely opt for that. Even a 1-star rating is more for this disgusting operator.

Delay more than two hours. Very bad service. No cleanliness. All goods inside the bus. Don't book such buses.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this bus service. The management seemed to have absolutely no respect for passengers or their comfort. The bus was overloaded with luggage, as if it had been turned into a goods carrier rather than a passenger bus. There was a terrible smell inside the bus, and there was hardly any space for passengers to sit or travel comfortably. Even the single sleeper berths were being used to store luggage. There was no proper distinction between sleeper berths and seating areas, as luggage was being loaded everywhere. The comfort and convenience of passengers seemed to be completely ignored. To make matters worse, the bus was delayed by almost 3 hours because of the loading and unloading of luggage. Passengers were being forced to suffer because of the management’s poor planning and irresponsible practices. Passengers paid for a comfortable and timely journey, not to travel in an overcrowded bus that was being treated like a cargo vehicle. This was completely unacceptable.
