Extremely poor service! Despite reaching on time, I was made to wait for hours due to delays, misleading boarding instructions, and the driver's irresponsible behavior. He repeatedly ignored my calls and rudely disconnected without providing assistance. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable service. Never expected such a terrible experience from service provider. Strongly disappointed.

Very bad bus and staff are very rude, firstly denied to stop at the destination point, then 4 to 5 people scolded him to stop at the destination as we have booked from the application, then also they argued, very bad service, bus is not clean, seats are broken and uncomfortable, no water bottle and nothing.
