The timing given by bus operator was false. Actual timing of departure was 18:20 hours instead of 17:40. Bus was very crowded due to picking of local passenger. The behavior of bus conductor and driver was very arrogant. Conductor did not provide me my booked seat and said I do not know online ticket booking. There was no rest stop even for urination. Bus reached destination late by 1 hour. Driver argued that every day bus reached Nawada after 22:30 hours. Whole journey was frustrating. Platform should ban this bus operator. I hate.

The bus seats did not have proper space to rest our feet, and there was no holder to keep a water bottle. Providing footrests and bottle holders near each seat would make the journey more comfortable and convenient for passengers.

Bus was delayed. Started one hour late from the scheduled time due to loading goods and stopped many times to offload goods during the journey. Sleeper was uncomfortable and is not worth spending money. Also, reached Hazaribagh very late.

Great journey. The seats were comfortable, the driving was smooth, and the bus reached on time. Staff was polite and helpful. Would happily travel again.
