The bus schedules are not being followed properly, causing inconvenience to passengers. I kindly request you to ensure that the buses operate on time and follow the scheduled timings consistently.

Asked us to come to different boarding point, changed from Beeramguda to Lingampally point. During the journey stopped 4 times almost 15 minutes. Due to stopping in between journey beside drainage, so many mosquitos came inside. Lights on up to 2.30 am. While booking dropping point mentioned as Singarayakonda but driver dropped at bypass road instead of going inside. For this operator route bus dropping must mention as bypass in website.

The bus arrived 1.5 hours late, and live tracking was not working. Very poor service. Please improve punctuality and tracking.
