No water bottle and TV not working.

Approx 1.5 hours late.

Ok.

So disappointment staff behaviour is very worst the tone they speak will not good.

The max bus travel speed was around 82 km/hr. Hence, the bus was always delayed during the season or holiday travel period.

AC was not working properly. Charger point is burnt so charger point is not working. Staff did not stand on pick up point. I was standing in pickup on time but earlier bus moved to next stop. I have boarded at next stop only. Dropped in wrong location by driver. Really worst behavior by driver.

We were late by more than two hours and still the bus took regular breaks. The sleeper bed was too hard and I ended up with back pain.

Boarding time is 7:45 but bus came by 9:15.

Never faced such worst experience earlier. Seat booking done correctly from my end first and window seat next to me was free and not booked by anyone. Still change was asked to onboard female passenger as wrong booking done by their side. They booked as male passenger and onboarding female passenger. Wondering how onboarding was adjusted by admin team. Old bus for high cost booking around ₹xxxx. Seat exchanged one seat before last seat which was not comfortable for entire journey. Huge noise from bus braking system and everyone got annoyed in heavy traffic and noise continued each break applied. Much worried about bus braking system failure. Mosquito bites inside the bus throughout the trip and sleepless travel for high cost booking. Understood unavoidable festival season traffic delays up to 2 hours 15 min for the entire journey. Not going to choose TAT for return trip to Chennai.

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the incident that happened yesterday when my wife and 3.5-year-old daughter were travelling on your bus. The driver did not call the contact number provided during ticket booking to coordinate the pickup. My wife, my young daughter, and an elderly woman were waiting at the designated bus stop. Despite waiting at the correct bus stop, the driver did not stop the bus. My father also raised his voice and waved his hand to alert the driver, but the driver continued driving at high speed. The bus stopped only after 1.5 km. After my wife called the bus team, the bus stopped approximately 1.5 km away. When questioned, the driver responded that he was unaware of the situation. My wife had to arrange a local auto and travel in the rain to catch the bus, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially with a young child. We had been travelling for journeys of more than 640 km, and we had always trusted the service. However, this incident seriously affected our trust and confidence in your travels. Leaving passengers behind at a designated pickup point, particularly an elderly woman and a mother travelling with a small child, was unacceptable. I requested to investigate this incident and provide the necessary instructions to both the driver and conductor to ensure that such incidents did not happen again. Please take this complaint seriously and ensure better passenger coordination and safety in future journeys. We trusted for our long-distance journeys, but this experience left us deeply disappointed. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and let us know what action would be taken.
