Actually one of the worst service ever. They didn't stop in any rest stops . No halt at rest stop. Also in one point after Hosur people from same travel ( Another bus ) they are shifting then to this bus. Suddenly suddenly they are stopping the bus and bus was halt for 20mins in main road but they are not stopped at any rest stop. Highly recommended no girls or family should travel in this bus. No safety, only driver in this bus. Even ac is not working properly and seats are broken. Too old bus and old don't travel.

The seat is only 2 feet wide and 5.8 feet long. I really don't understand how someone is expected to sleep comfortably in such a small space. The single side-upper berth is not safe either, as there is a risk of slipping and falling at any time. There is also no provision to keep our bags near our seats, so we have to place them somewhere else. Under these conditions, how can anyone sleep comfortably and safely?

Went through a village road to avoid toll tax which was bumpy and noisy as it broke tree shrubs, no rest stop taken and no notice given either. Live tracking never activated. Driver number provided does not work, had to search the number on Google. Seats weren't comfortable.

AC did not work after 1 hour, bus delayed by 2 hours at the drop point, travelled in an AC bus without AC for the entire journey.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The bus was in poor condition, and the AC stopped working within the first hour. For the rest of the journey, the cabin was hot, stuffy, and suffocating, with no attempt by the crew to fix it or offer any relief. Worse, the driver was reckless. His careless driving led to him hitting a local man on a cycle. It was a frightening and deeply upsetting incident that no passenger should have to witness, and it shows a complete disregard for passenger and public safety. The operator needs to address both its vehicle maintenance and driver standards immediately. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I will not be traveling with them again.
