During the journey, the air conditioning in the bus was not functioning, making the ride very uncomfortable. Additionally, the vehicle's suspension seemed severely compromised, resulting in an incredibly rough and bumpy ride throughout the trip. Furthermore, I felt that the staff's conduct fell short of the professional standards expected of your agency.

I am extremely disappointed with the service of Galaxy bus (Bus No. 6001). The pickup point mentioned in my ticket was Pathan Park, but the bus went to a different location without properly informing me. The driver did not even call me to inform me that the bus had arrived. The bus was also driven extremely slowly, and I was dropped in Nagpur around 12 AM instead of the mentioned drop point at Dharmendra/Bhole Petrol Pump. I was dropped at Ganesh Peth instead. Overall, this was a very poor and inconvenient travel experience. The service was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend this bus service. I would give 0 stars if the option were available.

The condition of the sleeper bed was not good. Cleanliness was not there around the bed. Waste was found around the bed.

The charging points were not working. It was a very bumpy ride. Pillows were uncomfortable, not a soothing experience. They dropped me in the middle of the road with luggage.

The AC cap was broken and the curtain was not available in my seat area. It was an open seat, and I felt uncomfortable.

The bus was 4 hours late while dropping. No proper hygiene of seats, no pillows, the blankets felt like they were never washed. The curtains were torn. Worst experience, never travelling again. They charge hefty amount of money and offer.
