Very disappointed with this travel service. The pickup itself was delayed, and the drop was even worse — around 3 hours late. I specifically booked this bus because the mentioned drop time was 4:40 AM, but I only reached my destination at 7:50 AM. This completely disrupted my plans. Such inaccurate timing and poor punctuality are unacceptable. Not reliable at all.

Very worst service in my last 10 years experience with redbus . 3 hours delayed to boarding nobody can't inform to before timing .Then AC is not working ,5 hours delayed to dropping location .Don't waste money to book these travels I need refund for these inconvenience .
