Rash driving and false seat alignment. I booked U16 but in that bus there is no U16. He assigned me U11. I booked specially single sleeper but he made me sleep in double.

It's the worst journey ever, I have booked from Hyderabad to Pulivendula. It should reach Pulivendula by 7:15 AM but it was delayed for three and a half hours. I reached Pulivendula at 10:30 AM instead of 7:15 AM. Punctuality is not at all there.
