The driver was smoking and driving multiple times while driving the bus. The journey was too uncomfortable with the cigarette smoke. Before onboarding, the passenger would get a list of rules regarding luggage and all, but it seems there are no rules for the staff. Drivers should be responsible enough at least while driving.

One of the worst experience with staff. First, they told 11:10 pm. The live location did not function properly. 11:40 pm reached my pick up timing. Staff response delay response.
