Worst experience! Booked direct Angul to Nagpur bus. Bus came 3 hrs late, then we were told to change bus with non AC bus at Raipur which arrived too late. Complete waste of time.

Bus deboarded the passengers on Raipur highway near Bhatagaon. No further clarifications on further travel. The bus and bus representative fled the scene. No communication so far. People stranded on highways. Not recommended for people.

I booked a journey on 16.10.2026 from Sambalpur to Nagpur. Firstly, the bus was late by 3 hours at Sambalpur and it reached Raipur at 7 AM on 17.10.2026 to shift into another bus. But there was no bus for Nagpur and nobody was listening to us. Now I went by train to Nagpur. I booked the ticket for XXXX. All my money was waste. I would file a case against you and your irresponsible people for harassing me. Stop your service now.

Pathetic bus. Already delayed by 1 hour. Stopped at an unhygienic place for eating at 10:30 pm. At 6:30 am in Raipur, he told us to change the bus. Even now, I am in another bus and have not reached Nagpur yet. It is showing 4 hours to reach Nagpur, almost 400 kms. The conductor forced us to take sir on other travel.

No one should travel on this bus. First of all, if you have booked the bus ticket online, I will tell you the problem I faced. One day the bus did not arrive. I was stranded at the bus stop and returned home. Because of this, we booked another bus from Bhubaneswar to Nagpur. The next day, the bus arrived 2 hours late. The timetable is not correct. Secondly, the next day morning, the bus was supposed to reach Nagpur halfway. They said that the bus would not depart. Since there were 9 people, they transferred me to another bus. Please, no one should travel on this bus. You will face a lot of problems.

The cleanliness arrangements were very poor, and the bus did not run on time; it was delayed en route, and passengers were transferred to another bus without any prior information. I missed an important meeting because the bus was late.

Third grade and nasty experience. Terrific dirty bus and stinks so badly. Zero punctuality. Reached 2 hrs late at the destination. Suffocating experience inside the bus.
