Pillow was not provided after asking multiple times and deck was not clean. Very worst experience. I was travelling from Vadodara to Shirdi. When the bus reached Nashik, the driver forced us to change bus from AC to non-AC. The bus booking was up to Shirdi, but he denied and said this bus will go to Sambhaji Nagar. However, Sambhaji Nagar was not in the booking schedule. The driver was misbehaving, so I suggested not to book for family.

The bus did not come yesterday at the pickup location. The driver gave me another location. When I reached there, I saw the bus was not there. I have called many times but no one responded at the moment. I'm very disappointed about the bus travel.
