They didn't pick up from the location. We had to walk 1 km to board the bus. And they didn't drop us at the location. Again, we had to take another transport to reach Velankanni. Worst service. I didn't expect this from you. Shame.

Very bad this bus because last Saturday I booked the bus nyt12:25am I was waiting at pickup location Friday night 11:30pm but no proper call and no bus details and driver details. I called the office number that one also switched off. How to get information no details there. Then bus information 2 o'clock they are sending. I was almost 3 hours waiting at pickup location. Any delay information not given so please no one don't book this bus.
