Staff behaviour was exceptional. Tried to maintain timing. I feel there is definitely room for improvement in bus condition for the ticket fare they are charging. One of the co-passengers complained about rainwater seepage on the seat.

Yesterday i didn't travel in the bus i goes away from the boarding drop i can't even rush to pickup a bus . it's my worst experience in bus journey, so i recommend please avoid this travel and book good one's btw Thank you.

Sleep seat not comfortable and live tracking not working properly. Bus window drops . They did not provide a simple water bottle also.

No reservation preference. Even If you are advance booking, don’t expect the same seat as they will shuffle you. Don’t book seat at first row because no leg rest. Office staff at Thuraiyur switches off phone once bus departs from Thuraiyur. No emergency contacts. Very worst experience on 13oct26, office staff reserved randomly for many people. Bus staff struggled to manage. Drunken people inside disturbing others talking on phone whole night loudly. Just an abrupt money minded bus service. Don't care about the service, comfort, safety.

Worst experience with last night travel. They did not pick up at Shanthi Nagar pick-up point. Instead, at the last minute, they asked me to come to Madivala. Waste of money. Driver simply said we forgot to pick up.
