insects are scrolling over the seats . 5am is the dropping time but I have reached the destination at 7:15am. And the bus look not in a good condition .wrost service ever .

They picked me up at the boarding point at 11 pm. Still am in bus. If I ask what time will reach Dharmapuri, they said 6 am, again they said 8 pm. So terrible. I think they changed their route. Worst experience.

Family travel with the bus is too risky. They did not stop at the mentioned dropping point, simply saying sorry for the inconvenience.

Everything was terrible. I was not picked up from my submitted location; instead, they asked me to come to Poonamallee where I had to wait alone at the bus stop until 1 am. Nearly 2 hours I was on the road. After I escalated, they paid my cab travel cost, but what about the safety.

Bus was in pathetic condition. Non AC, charged 1.5 times higher than AC bus in the same route. For which at least the bus should be new. Very old standby bus it seems.
