The bus initially arrived late but came almost on time. It was decent but someone had vodka, so it was smelling for a long time.

I do not suggest this travel to anyone. I had a terrible experience. Last night, I boarded the bus at 8:00 pm on 14/10/26 and did not reach the destination until after 12:30 pm on 15/10/26. The bus staff allowed boarding like autos from Anakapalli onwards. When I asked them, they replied very rudely. The behaviour of the bus staff was very ridiculous. I will never try boarding this travel again. The bus hygiene was not good, and the AC cooling was insufficient. The bus stopped for fuel filling for about 30 minutes. They did not respect the passengers. This is the worst experience of my life.

The bus was delayed for 3 hours and 30 minutes. I booked an early bus so I could attend my grandfather's funeral but this travels is terrible. After a few hours from when my journey started, they hit an auto and some police issue happened which caused a delay for 4 hours and they did not even consider sending these passengers through another bus. They made us sit in the bus for 4 hours without telling us what happened. Please book a different bus even if it charges xxx extra.

Without rest stop, can't travel more than 12 hours. Not good. So better add rest stop facility.
