Such a bad service. Bus was late almost 2.5 hrs and there was no intimation by the driver. When passengers called, there was no answer. I called 5 to 6 times but the call was not picked. Also, I am a seat passenger and when I asked the conductor to keep my luggage in the bus compartment, they refused as the luggage section was full.

Very poor bus service and unacceptable delay. I was extremely disappointed with the bus service. The scheduled departure time was 9:45 PM, and the expected arrival time was 11:00 AM. However, even after the scheduled arrival time, the bus had still not reached its destination, and the delay was expected to extend until almost 2:00 PM. The main reason for this delay was that the bus wasted a considerable amount of time at two stops for parcel unloading. This was completely unacceptable, as passengers booked bus tickets expecting to reach their destination on time. If parcel loading and unloading were part of the operations, they should be managed properly without causing unnecessary delays to passengers. Passengers had their own important commitments, and wasting several hours of their time showed poor planning and a lack of professionalism. I requested the staff to take this complaint seriously, investigate the reason for this delay, and ensure that such incidents did not happen again. Passengers should not have to suffer because of poor time management and parcel delivery activities. I hoped they would take responsibility for this inconvenience and improve their service in the future.

The arrival time at the drop location was 07:10. Although there was a traffic jam of 90 minutes, we reached at 12:15 with many unscheduled halts.

The bus driver is behaving very rudely with the passengers, and the bus is running almost 3–4 hours late compared to its scheduled time.
