I booked and paid for a full sleeper seat, but two additional passengers were allowed to sit on my booked seat. Several unbooked passengers were also standing nearby, making it difficult to move in and out, even to use the toilet. I did not record the situation as two of the passengers were women, and I was not comfortable recording them without consent. Please investigate this issue and provide an explanation for the inconvenience caused.

The seat I got was the end one. The seat was dirtier than expected, it was smelling bad. The window located at the headrest area was stuck, I asked several times the staff to get it checked or fixed, they just said yes but didn't bother to actually fix it. Also near the other window there was supposed to be a shoe rack but it was not there; instead, two long nails were there due to which I couldn't sit at that window area.

Very very worst didn't inform anything about boarding point. I have been waiting more than 2 hrs before timing but the bus has not stopped at the point. Waste. Please refund my amount. It is not fair for an emergency condition booking the bus and we are going at that time. Happening like this is not good.

I had booked seat number U6 which was on the window side but inside the bus the U6 was on the single sleeper side. Later staff came and shifted me to U1 which was not the window side. They changed the bus layout, meaning the seat position was different from the booking and in reality the seat position was different. I lost my window side seat just because of poor management.
