They take extra time due to commercial luggage and bus is late more time. Please don't travel on this bus. Bus was late 3 hrs on date 18/10/26.

Bus was poorly on time departed around 11:20 from Delhi and was even delayed after rescheduling from 9 pm to 10 pm. Socket for charging was broken and swinging openly, causing a direct threat to personal life. No hygiene regarding cabin area, no curtain, and even blankets provided were damaged. I suggested multiple times that the location of Mori Gate, Shop 78, Gokhale Market, New Delhi is not suitable for making it a stop or waiting area. So I suggest the provider do something about it. The earlier bus stop at Kashmiri Gate was quite good, hygienic and customer friendly. I frequently travel via this route and my last trip was a terrible experience as I got delayed by 5 hours and had no sense of comfort.
