The bus left without picking passenger from bidri (boarding point). Even after calling the given number XXXXX times, the call was not received. You have cheated the passengers. Disgusting ever.

Third class service, I booked 2nd last seat and staff gave me last seat. So many times I have traveled in all buses but with Vaibhav Travel first time and bad experience I observed. Seat no not mentioned in seat board.

Pathetic staff attitude. Didn't inform about destination stop. Dropped me very far from my destination. Old bus and seats were under maintenance.

This bus behavior was not good and the seat was not clean. They did not let me sit in my assigned seat; they forcibly adjusted me to another seat. Why. I needed to use the washroom, but they got angry at me for wanting the bus to stop. My drop-off point was Lower Parel, but they made me get off on the highway in Andheri. Why, next time I will not use this platform.
